The hydroEVAPFully Automated Evaporation Pan System is an advanced solution designed for monitoring evaporation and rainfall data, making it ideal for long-term environmental and hydrological studies. Supplied as a complete package with a Class A evaporation pan and necessary installation fittings, the system operates with minimal maintenance and features solar-powered water level control for reliability in remote locations. Water for refilling the pan is sourced externally, from either a water tank or reticulated supply. Users can also choose to recycle rainfall removed from the pan.
An optional fully programmable Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) allows for event-based and time-interval recording, with advanced signal processing capabilities, including averaging and value computations. The system can integrate with a water temperature sensor and various meteorological sensors, enhancing analysis for evaporation and evapotranspiration studies and hydrological modeling.
